Hope

The geneticist just came to look at Eden. He had been puzzling over her charts, so he came to examine her. He also talked with the neuroopthamologist who saw her in November, because his findings indicated nothing pointing to a leukdystrophy. He watched her with me, asked me questions, and examined her. He said if her Krabbe test comes back positive she must have an atypical form. She couldn't hold anything in her hands when we came in, couldn't hold up her head at all. When he examined her, she grabbed his stethoscope, told him what the puppy says, told him thank you, gave him five, blew kisses. He said she shouldn't be at all better.

He also said her mri could be from malnutrition.

He said she is a mystery, and he will keep looking for what could be going on.

So keep praying! A mystery that is improving is a good mystery!
